Abstract

La présente invention concerne des systèmes radioélectroniques de communication faisant intervenir un rayonnement radioélectrique lors du déplacement d'une station relais sur un appareil volant au dessus de la région à desservir dans l'espace aérien au dessus de la surface de la Terre. Le système de communication régionale via une installation se trouvant à bord dudit appareil volant garantit la liaison entre les différents abonnés et/ou systèmes d'abonnés disposés dans la région à desservir. L'intérêt technique du système de communication régionale est la grande capacité de transmission et la grande fiabilité de communication du fait que la ligne de communication n'est pas influençable par les conditions climatiques, les hautes constructions ou les reliefs de l'endroit. Pour obtenir cet avantage technique, on intègre au système de communication régionale des stations terrestres conçues sous forme de stations mobiles multicanaux raccordées aux terminaux d'abonnés, et on équipe l'appareil volant d'un récepteur multicanaux avec antenne de réception, d'un émetteur multicanaux à antenne de transmission, ledit appareil volant pouvant être piloté dans l'espace aérien au dessus de la surface de la Terre grâce à une commande de position, à une commande de décollage et d'atterrissage et à un dispositif anticollision. Au système sont intégrées des stations terrestres sous forme de stations mobiles d'abonnés. La station mobile multicanaux est capable de relier des abonnés appartenant à différents réseaux de télécommunications n'ayant pas d'ouverture sur l'éther, à savoir: ATC, réseaux de protection et/ou d'ordinateurs et/ou réseaux locaux. Une station mobile multicanaux, qui possède la plus haute priorité de communication, assure des fonctions de service telles que les commandes de décollage et d'atterrissage ainsi que la commande de position de l'appareil volant.
