Abstract
La présente invention se réfère à des procédés de nettoyage mécanique des surfaces d'un appareillage de chimie pour les débarasser des boues contenant des métaux appartenant au groupe des platines et peut être utilisée dans les laboratoires qui s'en servent comme catalysateurs. Selon ce procédé, le nettoyage mécanique est effectué à l'aide d'un instrument coupant dont le principal mouvement de coupe est le mouvement de retour et/ou le mouvement sur la surface traitée, la vitesse de coupe étant sélectionnée dans une gamme entre 0,015 et 35 m/s pour un effort de coupe de 0,05 - 2800 n, et l'impulsion donnée à l'instrument sur la surface traitée se situant dans la gamme 3 x 10-5 - 9 m/s. Le procédé proposé garantit une nettoyage très efficace des surfaces, dont il permet d'éliminer les dépôts à teneur en platinoïdes, ainsi qu'une extraction plus importante des métaux précieux.
