Abstract

The present series of inventions relate to medicine, especially to ointment compositions designed to treat all stages of pyodermites, subcutaneous fats and soft tissues, nutritional ulcers, burns, wounds which are long to heal, chronic fistulas, inflammations of joints and similar diseases, and methods for preparing them and for externally initiating them into the body. Said series of inventions mainly aims at developing a more efficient treatment of the above-mentioned diseases and other suppurative infections at all stages by ensuring simultaneous cleaning of purulent sores, accelerated regeneration of tissues, elimination of inflammatory phenomena and accelerated healing process due to the preparation of a universal ointment. Owing to its quick curing properties and to the fact that various hydrophobic agents are part of its composition, said universal ointment also has broadly hydrophobic properties. The novelty consists in the composition of the ointment, which comprises, beside the known ingredients (bee wax, olive oil and pine tar), pork fat, while the component ratio (specific weight) is as follows: bee wax, 10-300; pine tar, 10-300; olive oil, 300-600; pork fat, 100-300. The novelty also consists in the method for preparing the ointment and in its application to treat various diseases at various stages.
