Cette armature comporte une série de lattes semi-rigides 41 qui exercent ici une fonction unique d'armature et n'exerce pas de fonction de rappel de coiffe comme cela était le cas dans les modes de réalisation précédemment décrits. Le rappel de la coiffe 10 selon les lignes de pli 12 est assuré par un autre moyen tel qu'un rappel de coiffe classique (non représenté à la figure 5) .
