Abstract

L'invention concerne un nouveau concentré d'humine fabriqué à partir de caustobiolithes naturels de la famille du charbon et constitué pour l'essentiel d'acides humiques hydratés, de sels d'acides humiques et de composants minéraux des caustobiolithes de départ, chimiquement liés aux acides humiques présents. Le procédé de fabrication du nouveau concentré d'humine consiste à introduire une solution de sels d'acides humiques dans une cuve électrolytique et à effectuer l'électrolyse dans une zone commune entre la cathode et l'anode, à condition que le potentiel électrique de l'anode soit suffisant pour détacher les anions des acides humiques. Le produit cible se formant sur l'anode au cours de l'électrolyse est immédiatement évacué de l'électrolyte, constitué d'une solution de sels d'acides humiques, et enlevé de l'anode. Le dispositif permettant la mise en oeuvre dudit procédé de fabrication du nouveau concentré d'humine comprend les éléments suivants: cuve électrolytique dont le corps, en forme d'auge horizontale, sert de cathode; anode qui se présente comme un tambour installé coaxial à l'intérieur de ladite auge et pouvant tourner autour de son axe longitudinal; dispositif pour enlever le produit cible de la surface dudit tambour. L'invention concerne également des méthodes de protection de l'environnement contre la pollution, à savoir un procédé d'épuration des eaux d'impuretés organiques, non organiques et microbiologiques; un procédé de déshydratation de fluides à écoulement visqueux; un procédé de décontamination de composés organiques; un procédé de réutilisation des résidus des eaux d'égout; un procédé de formation de sols à partir de terreaux naturels et artificiels et de rétablissement de la fertilité des sols dégradés; un procédé de fabrication d'engrais organo-minéraux à partir de déchets organiques et; un procédé de réutilisation des résidus des eaux naturelles, lesdits procédés impliquant l'utilisation du nouveau concentré d'humine.
