Abstract

Se describe un juego de entretenimiento formado por un elemento rígido y una esfera. El elemento rígido está formado a partir de una pieza laminar, ligeramente aplanada, con una cara superior y una cara inferior, en la cual se encuentra previsto un resalte central curvado, de tal forma que en la cara superior presenta un saliente y en la cara inferior un entrante. La pieza laminar comporta alrededor del resalte central una aleta perimetral. Esta pieza laminar es emplazable sobre la esfera por el entrante de la cara inferior, obteniéndose un equilibrio entre ambas y permitiendo una rodadura del conjunto sobre una superficie apropiada.

JUEGO DE ENTRETENIMIENTO
Campo de la técnica
La presente invención se refiere a un juego de entretenimiento, más concretamente a un juego formado por un elemento rígido y una esfera.
El juego acorde con esta invención es sumamente sencillo y simple tanto por su uso como por los elementos que lo componen, comportando a discreción del usuario un movimiento de traslación sobre una superficie apropiada.
Estado de la técnica anterior
Son conocidos juegos que presentan un cuerpo rígido provisto en su base de un elemento de rodadura que permite el desplazamiento del conjunto, bien mediante un empuje por parte del usuario, bien mediante un plano ligeramente inclinado.
Se utilizan como medios de rodadura de estos juegos elementos tales como cilindros, discos o esferas, por lo general afianzadas en la base de los cuerpos que sustentan. Normalmente estos cuerpos conllevan varias unidades de rodadura para un apoyo estable, en un número no inferior a tres. Otros cuerpos tienen previstos un número inferior de elementos de rodadura del indicado, sustituyendo aquél segundo y/o tercer elemento por un extremo del propio cuerpo que, sobresaliendo de la base del mismo, realiza las funciones de apoyo para conseguir la estabilidad del propio cuerpo.
Sumario de la invención
El juego, según la presente invención, está constituido por un elemento rígido y una esfera. El elemento rígido esta formado a partir de una pieza laminar, ligeramente aplanada, con una cara superior y una cara inferior, en la cual se encuentra previsto un resalte central curvado, de tal forma que en la cara superior presenta un saliente y en la cara inferior un entrante .
La pieza laminar comporta alrededor del resalte central una aleta perimetral .
Esta pieza laminar es emplazable sobre la esfera por el entrante de la cara inferior, obteniéndose un equilibrio entre ambas.
De esta forma, situada la esfera sobre una superficie lisa, horizontal y plana, y emplazada sobre la misma la pieza laminar permite mantener un equilibrio tal, que la aleta perimetral no incide sobre aquella superficie lisa .
Breve descripción de los dibujos
Los dibujos anexos, solo a título de ejemplo, permitirán comprender mejor la invención, las características que esta presenta y las ventajas que es susceptible de aportar :
La Figura 1 es una vista en perspectiva de la pieza laminar,
La Figura 2 es una vista en sección de la pieza laminar sobre la esfera.
Los elementos señalados con números sobre los dibujos corresponden a las partes que se indican a conti- nuación.
Descripción detallada de la invención
La Figura 1 muestra el elemento rígido 10, formado a partir de una lámina 11, aplanada, que presenta una cara superior 12 y una cara inferior 13.
En la lámina 11 se encuentra previsto un resalte central curvado 14, que se corresponde con un saliente 15 sobre la cara superior 12 y un entrante 16 sobre la cara inferior 13.
La lámina 11 presenta alrededor del resalte central curvado 14 una aleta perimetral 17 que termina rematada por un borde general .
En la Figura 2 se encuentran representados los mismos elementos señalados sobre la Figura 1, y la esfera 20. La esfera 20 presenta una superficie lisa, y es de un tamaño ligeramente inferior al del entrante 16 de la pieza laminar 10.
La pieza laminar 10 es emplazable sobre superficie de la esfera 20, por el entrante 16 previsto en la cara inferior 13.
En esta posición, el extremo superior de la esfera 20 es secante con el fondo del entrante 16 de la pieza laminar 10.
De esta forma, situada la esfera 20 sobre una superficie lisa, horizontal y plana (no representada sobre los dibujos por ser ajena a la actual invención) , y emplazada sobre dicha esfera 20 la pieza laminar 10 tal y como se ha descrito con anterioridad, permite mantener un equilibrio, de manera que la aleta perimetral 17 no incide sobre la superficie lisa, horizontal y plana.
A voluntad del usuario es posible empujar el conjunto elemento rígido 10 y esfera 20 por el borde de la aleta perimetral 17, obteniéndose un movimiento de traslación de aquel conjunto. El elemento rígido 10 puede ser obtenido por moldeo, soplado o troquel a partir de una lámina, de distintos tipos de materiales, tales como plásticos o metálicos. La esfera 20 puede ser realizada en distintos materiales, preferentemente pesados, tales como cristal, metal u otros.
El elemento rígido 10 puede presentar distintos tamaños y formas, preferentemente reducidos, por ejemplo tres por tres centímetros, o circulares de tres centímetros de diámetro .
La superficie general exterior del elemento rígido 10 puede presentar distintas decoraciones y relie- ves, caricaturizando, por ejemplo, elementos comúnmente utilizados .
El juego, según la presente invención, puede ser utilizado como elemento promocional y publicitario, dada su simplicidad y bajo coste económico en su obtención. El juego descrito, en su esencialidad, podrá modificarse en sus características accidentales, sin que con ello suponga una variación en la protección conferida por el registro que se solicita, y siempre que con ello se conserve el espíritu de las reivindicaciones. Serán variables las características de los materiales descritos, las formas indicadas y las proporciones generales indicados en la presente descripción.

Claims

REIVINDICACIONES
1. Juego de entretenimiento, del tipo formado por un elemento rígido y una esfera, caracterizado por comprender una pieza laminar, ligeramente aplanada, con una cara superior y una cara inferior, y una esfera, en cuya pieza laminar se encuentra previsto un resalte central curvado, de tal forma que la cara superior presenta un saliente y la cara inferior un entrante, y comportando la pieza laminar alrededor de aquel resalte central una aleta perimetral, siendo emplazable la pieza laminar sobre la esfera por el entrante de la cara inferior para obtener un equilibrio entre ambas partes, de tal forma que situada la esfera sobre una superficie lisa, horizontal y plana, y emplazada sobre aquella esfera la pieza laminar permite que la aleta perimetral no incida sobre aquella superficie.
