Abstract

La présente invention concerne un appareil alimentant en fluide pressurisé un dispositif équipant aéronef. Ce fluide pressurisé est destiné à fournir sous forme hydraulique la force motrice du dispositif embarqué sur l'aéronef. L'appareil de l'invention comprend: d'une part une pompe de pompage de liquide; d'autre part un moteur à aimant permanent, à refroidissement par un flux grande vitesse lequel moteur sert à entraîner la pompe; ensuite un entraînement entre le moteur et la pompe pour permettre au moteur d'actionner la pompe; et enfin un régulateur faisant fonctionner le moteur comme un moteur à régime variable. La pompe, le moteur, l'entraînement et le régulateur sont intégrés en une seule unité. Les passages de fluides ménagés dans l'unité permettent au liquide pompé grâce à la force motrice de l'entraînement de circuler dans le corps de pompe, dans le régulateur et dans le moteur afin de les refroidir. Le moteur se compose d'un stator et d'un rotor entre lesquels un espace libre d'au moins 0,1 pouce permet de réduire les pertes imputables à la friction hydraulique se produisant à l'intérieur du moteur, sans augmenter de façon notable les dimensions du moteur.
