Abstract

Un groupe motopropulseur pour véhicule à moteur est constitué d'un moteur (26) monté longitudinalement dans une extrémité adjacente du véhicule, d'une transmission de changement de vitesse (28) éloignée du moteur et reliée audit moteur qui l'entraîne par l'intermédiaire d'un arbre d'entrée (31), et d'une transmission de transfert (29) montée sur la transmission de changement de vitesse et reliée à un différentiel avant, par l'intermédiaire d'un arbre de transmission de pont avant (34), et à un différentiel arrière, par l'intermédiaire d'un arbre de transmission de pont arrière (35), ladite transmission de transfert étant entraînée par lesdits différentiels avant et arrière. La transmission de changement de vitesse comprend un arbre d'entrée (39) qui reçoit par une extrémité le mouvement transmis par le moteur, et un arbre de sortie (41) décalé axialement par rapport à l'arbre d'entrée et ayant un élément d'entraînement de sortie à l'autre extrémité. La transmission de transfert est disposée à l'autre extrémité de la transmission de changement de vitesse. Elle comprend un différentiel central (56) ayant des arbres de sortie de différentiel (57, 58) qui sont reliés aux arbres de transmission de pont avant et arrière et entraînés par lesdits arbres et sont axialement décalés par rapport à l'arbre d'entrée et à l'arbre de sortie de la transmission de changement de vitesse.
