This method is characterised by the fact that the retina of a patient's eye is submitted to the action of a light flow passing through a microscopic cut in the tissues of a pigmental nevi containing melanocytes. This method is applied for 10 minutes on a daily basis or every other day and in 12 to 15 sessions.

Description

METHOD OF GROWING BRAKING AND PREVENTING THE IDENTIFICATION OF THE PIENMENT OF INSTANT SKIN SKINS
FIELD OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to medicine, in particular to dermatology and oncology, and is intended to inhibit the growth of congenital and acquired pigmented skin nevi and prevent the formation of new nevi.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Various methods have been proposed for the treatment of pigmented skin nevi. The leading is the surgical removal of the nevus during its growth in case of suspicion of a possible malipshy, as well as for cosmetic purposes. All these methods are traumatic for patients; in some cases, scars occur at the site of surgery. In addition, the surgical removal of one or more pigmented nevuses does not stop the growth of other nevuses and does not prevent their occurrence.
One option is a method for the surgical treatment of skin diseases (RF patent No. 2044552, class C. No. 61/06, 1995), in which the effect of CCB- is used to treat, in particular, moles (i.e., pigmented nevi) laser in modes sufficient for ablation.
The disadvantages of this method are its morbidity for patients, as well as the inability to influence the development of non-laser pigmented nevi. This method cannot also be used to prevent the occurrence of new nevi.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The purpose of the invention is to provide an effective method of inhibiting the growth of congenital and acquired skin nevi and preventing the occurrence of new acquired nevi.
This goal is achieved by the fact that the patient’s retina is exposed to a luminous flux passing through a microscopic section of the tissue of the pigment nevus with the presence of melanocytes in it.
The method is based on the phenomenon of transmitting information about the state of cells through the structure of the visual analyzer, which is as follows.
1.Luminous flux from an artificial light source passing through a layer of cells at a certain stage of destruction and reaching the retina of the eye is capable of causing similar changes in cells of the same type in the organs of the whole organism (RF patent No. 2049998, class C. No. 01, 33/48, 1995). BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION The method is carried out using the device shown in FIG. 1.
6.The device comprises a housing 1, in which a light source 2 is placed — an incandescent lamp with a power of 40 watts. In front of the light source is placed a focusing lens 3, a green filter 4 and glass 5 with a cut of nevus tissue glued on it. On the line of the optical system in the wall of the housing has a hole 6.
The method is as follows. The patient is located at a certain distance from the device (0.5 - 1.5 m), the hole 6 in the wall of which is at the level of his eyes. When you turn on the incandescent lamp in the housing 1 of the device, the light passes through the lens 3, the green filter 4, the glass with a microscopic section of tissue 5 glued on it and through the hole 6 it enters the patient’s retina.
The slice is made from fixed for one day in a 10% formalin solution and histologically paraffin-guided biopsy of the pigmented nevus. The thickness of the slice is 10-20 microns, it is glued to a glass slide, consists of a balm and covered with a coverslip.
The presence of a green filter in the device is optional. It is used to ensure the convenience of the patient. In its absence, the effect of suppressing the growth of nevus is observed in full. The exposure time is 10 minutes, for a course of 12-15 procedures daily or every other day.
