Over the past few years, there has been a tendency towards the appearance of acquired nevi. On examination: on the front surface of the right tibia in its middle third, a rounded formation with a diameter of up to 1 cm, a height of 0.4 cm, brown in color, with a smooth surface, and on the periphery - hyperemia of the skin. Observation also confirmed the absence of the appearance of new pigmented nevi.
  • EXAMPLE 2 Patient L., 48 years old, complained of the growth of pigmentation on the skin of the face. • an additional similar course was required 2-3 months after the end of the main course. Further observation over 2 years showed a lack of growth of acquired and congenital nevus, as well as the elimination of the tendency to the occurrence of acquired nevi.
  • the practical significance of the invention is to enable effective inhibition of the growth of pigmented nevi, as well as preventing the occurrence of acquired nevi, which reduces the need for surgical treatment and can indirectly contribute to the prevention of melanoblast.
