  • Fig. 1 As the box-shaped frame is moved forward in the ditch, a situation will arise as illustrated in Fig. 1. Once the pipe 5 has been laid, the box-shaped frame is run again as illustrated in Fig. 5. If more levels are desired/required, the box can be run yet again (Fig. 6) and so forth.

Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de mise à niveau ou de remplissage d'une tranchée, procédé selon lequel on emploie une couche nivelée de matériau fin associée à une couche contiguë de matériau grossier. On utilise à cet effet un dispositif ayant la forme d'un caisson et pourvu d'une extrémité postérieure réglable en hauteur (11), qui, lorsqu'elle est relevée ou abaissée, détermine la hauteur de mise à niveau d'un matériau à grains fins se trouvant dans le bâti en forme de caisson. Lorsque l'on déplace le bâti dans la tranchée, ce matériau sort du bâti, en passant sous la paroi d'extrémité se relevant et s'abaissant. Des saillants latéraux (26, 27) sur la paroi d'extrémité permettent une distribution/répartition simultanée de matériau grossier de part et d'autre de la couche de matériau à grains fins (3), une fois celle-ci mise à niveau. Tandis que le bâti en forme de caisson est déplacé vers l'avant et répand la couche de matériau à grains fins, les saillants latéraux (26, 27) permettent la répartition du matériau grossier et sa mise à niveau une fois celui-ci déposé au-dessus du matériau à grains fins. Ce bâti en forme de caisson est pourvu d'un toit (16, 17) dont le profil transversal guide la descente du matériau grossier vers les cotés. Ce toit (16, 17) est ouvrant, ce qui permet de remplir de matériau à grains fins le bâti en forme de caisson.
