La présente invention concerne un dispositif de main¬ tien pour baguettes alimentaires afin d'en faciliter l'u¬ sage. On a proposé différents types de dispositifs de main¬ tien pour résoudre ce problème. Le brevet américain US- 4,576,408 décrit un dispositif permettant de maintenir deux baguettes afin d'en faciliter l'usage. Ce dispositif est constitué d'un anneau circulaire ouvert, en matière élastique, comportant deux fentes agencées de chaque coté sur sa périphérie de manière à recevoir et à maintenir les baguettes. L'utilisateur en exerçant une pression sur les baguettes comprime le ressort formé par 1 ' anneau et rap¬ proche l'extrémité des baguettes. En relâchant la pression les baguettes s'ouvrent à nouveau. Ce dispositif présente plusieurs inconvénients : il n'offre tout d'abord aucun guidage latéral permettant d'assurer que l'extrémité des deux baguettes viennent en contact si l'on n'exerce pas la pression exactement dans le plan formé par les deux ba¬ guettes en position de repos; d'autre part, les fentes pratiquées dans la périphérie de l'anneau ne permettent pas l'utilisation de tous les types de baguettes alimen¬ taires, en particulier les baguettes cylindriques. On connaît également du brevet français FR-2 641 592 un type de ressort amovible permettant d'assembler deux baguettes selon un angle défini, afin de former une pince. Ce ressort obtenu par découpage dans un matériau souple comporte des organes d'accouplement et au moins deux paires de découpes définissant des orifices de fixation.
