Abstract

Cette invention se rapporte au domaine de la médecine et, plus particulièrement, à celui de l'orthopédie. Cette invention peut être avantageusement utilisée dans la préparation de semelles orthopédiques internes et individuelles. Ce procédé consiste à former un modèle négatif (11) de la surface du pied (10) à partir d'un matériau de moulage granulaire (2) et par solidification sous vide. Le modèle est ensuite corrigé avant d'en obtenir un modèle positif (15). La nouveauté de ce procédé tient au fait que, lors de la formation du modèle négatif (11), on utilise une ou plusieurs enveloppes élastiques planes (1) qui sont capables de se déplacer librement dans l'espace, et qui contiennent le matériau de moulage (2). La correction du modèle négatif (11) se fait, quant à elle, sur les surfaces correspondant aux zones du pied (10) devant être soumises à une action thérapeutique. Cette correction du modèle négatif (11) se fait en fonction de l'empreinte du plan (12) des régions et des zones du pied (10) qui doivent être soumises à une action thérapeutique et qui sont indiquées sur ledit pied à l'aide d'indices de marquage.
