Abstract

Le procédé de mesure de la réponse d'objets à une influence physique consiste à soumettre chaque objet en cours d'examen à des influences consécutives d'intensités différentes et à mesurer la réponse à des intervalles immédiatement avant chaque influence physique, avant que ne cesse chaque influence physique, et immédiatement après chaque influence physique. Le procédé est caractérisé en ce que des mesures intensives de la réponse sont effectuées pendant chaque influence physique et/ou chaque intervalle. Le dispositif comprend une unité destinée au montage des objets en cours d'examen ou à leur connexion depuis l'extérieur, unité de charge de courant, un circuit destiné à commuter le courant et des circuits de mesure, une unité de commande, une unité de connexion destinée à connecter un dispositif de mesure extérieure et une unité de connexion destinée à connecter une source de tension extérieure en courant continu. Le dispositif est complété par une unité destinée à générer des signaux de données et des signaux de déclenchement, laquelle prévient l'opérateur et lance des programmes spéciaux de commande de dispositif et de commande d'un circuit, lequel ajuste de façon autonome la tension à courant continu fourni par la source extérieure de tension en courant continu.
