Abstract

Cette invention se rapporte au domaine de la production de matériaux pour peintures électroconductrices à partir de liants polymères synthétiques. Cette invention peut être utilisée dans divers domaines de l'industrie afin d'obtenir des revêtements de type film conducteur d'électricité, notamment en ce qui concerne de grandes surfaces, qui possèdent des caractéristiques de stabilité électrique sur toute la surface qu'ils recouvrent. Le domaine d'application préféré est celui des appareils de chauffage électrique et de systèmes à vocations diverses. Ce matériau pour peinture électroconductrice comprend un liant polymère synthétique, une matière de charge contenant du carbone, un agent de solidification, ainsi qu'un solvant organique. On utilise en qualité de matière de charge contenant du carbone, un mélange de graphite et de suie, la proportion en poids de la suie par rapport au graphite étant de 0,05 à 0,1. On utilise en qualité de liant polymère synthétique des polyméthylphénylsiloxanes ayant une structure ramifiée ou cyclique. Cette invention concerne les proportions en % en poids suivantes des composants: de 7 à 17 en ce qui concerne le liant polymère synthétique; de 0,7 à 16,1 en ce qui concerne la matière de charge contenant du carbone; et de 2,5 à 5,5 en ce qui concerne l'agent de solidification, le solvant organique représentant le reste. La plage de température préférée pour l'utilisation des revêtements électroconducteurs, obtenus à partir du matériau pour peinture électroconductrice décrit dans la présente invention, est de 250° C à 700° C.
