Abstract

La presente invención se refiere al desarrollo de un colchón de espuma de poliuretano flexible con cortes transversales de sección variable. Estos cortes transversales permitan al colchón flexionar sin someterse a esfuerzos en los puntos donde se ha practicado el corte. Asimismo se le han practicado unos orificios de sección en la parte inferior del mismo y que atraviesan el colchón paralelos a los cortes transversales y por encima de ellos, alojando en estos unas láminas de madera que conceden al colchón una mayor rigidez. El colchón presenta un número variable de cortes de sección variable a lo ancho del mismo, tanto en la cara superior como en la inferior. Este sistema tiene aplicación en todos los colchones de poliuretano flexible ajustable a cualquier tipo de somier, presentando más ventajas cuanto mayor es el número de flexiones a las que se somete el colchón.

DESCRIPCIÓN
La presente invención se refiere a un nuevo tipo de colchones de poliuretano flexible de cualquier calidad que presentan una serie de cortes transversales a lo ancho del mismo, tanto en la cara superior como en la inferior del colchón. De la misma forma y paralelos a los cortes se han realizado unos orificios que atraviesan todo el colchón y donde pueden ir alojadas unas láminas de madera que sirven para dar rigidez al mismo.
Estos cortes permiten que el colchón pueda flexionar en los puntos donde se han realizado, sin someterlo a tensiones.
En la actualidad los colchones de poliuretano flexible de cualquier calidad que se utilizan en somieres o camas que tienen la propiedad de doblarse por algún punto del mismo, se encuentran sometidos a una serie de tensiones en los puntos donde flexionan debido a que el material del que están hechos tiene que comprimirse o estirarse para adaptarse al plano sobre el que se apoyan.
Este tipo de colchones se pueden utilizar conjuntamente con cualquier tipo de somier, aumentando su rentabilidad a medida que aumenta el número de flexiones a las que esta sometido (figura 1), por las características del mismo. Asimismo existe la posibilidad de poder incluir láminas de madera transversales para dotar de rigidez al colchón, permitiendo el uso de los mismos sobre superficies distintas a somieres.
Uno de los objetivos de esta patente es, por tanto,
HOJA DE SUSTITUCIÓN (REGLA 23) aumentar la vida útil de los colchones de poliuretano flexible de cualquier calidad utilizados conjuntamente con somieres que permiten flexionar la superficie horizontal del mismo, basándose en la eliminación de los esfuerzos a los que esta sometido el colchón en los puntos donde este se somete a flexión.
El sistema objeto de esta patente de invención, cuyo esquema se muestra en la figura 1.
Consiste en un colchón de poliuretano flexible de cualquier calidad al que se le han practicado un número variable de cortes transversales que recorren toda la parte ancha del mismo, tanto en la superficie inferior como en la superior del mismo, coincidiendo siempre un corte superior con uno inferior. La sección de los mismos también es varible en función de la utilidad que se le vaya a dar al colchón. Asimismo, se incluye la posibilidad de realizar unos orificios, paralelos a los cortes y en los que van alojados unas láminas de madera que dan rigidez al conjunto.

Claims

REIVINDICACIONES DE LA INVENCIÓNSe reivindica como nueva y propia invención la propiedad y explotación exclusiva de:
1. COLCHÓN DE POLIURETANO FLEXIBLE DE CUALQUIER CALIDAD CON CORTES TRANSVERSALES DE SECCIÓN VARIABLE, que permite adaptar los colchones utilizados en somieres o cualquier soporte para el descanso que tienen la posibilidad de flexionar en diferentes planos, sin someterlos a tensiones y alargando de esta forma su vida útil.
2. COLCHÓN DE POLIURETANO FLEXIBLE DE CUALQUIER CALIDAD CON CORTES TRANSVERSALES DE SECCIÓN VARIABLE, según reivindicación primera caracterizada, porque tiene unos orificios practicados a lo largo de la sección transversal del colchón, donde van alojadas unas láminas de madera contrachapada o cualquier otra calidad y que consiguen dotar de rigidez al colchón permitiendo su utilización sobre superficies diferentes, consiguiéndose la misma funcionabilidad que sobre un somier o cualquier soporte para el descanso.
