B E S C H R E I B U N GDESCRIPTION
The present invention relates to a glazing system for a building facade according to the preamble of claim 1.
Glazing systems of this type are known and are preferably verified in connection with office, business and administrative buildings. They are usually attached to building structures, whereby a substructure consisting of vertical and horizontal struts or posts made of, in particular, extruded aluminum profiles forms a multiplicity of orthogonal, that is to say juxtaposed and stacked pane fields, into which laminated glass panes are inserted. In general, the known glazing systems can also be implemented in conjunction with mobile window sashes.
In the known glazing systems, the laminated glass panes are glued to the substructure virtually without a frame, with special attention being paid to the assembly adhesives and sealing agents. A specific problem in this context is that the design and implementation of these glazing systems require interdisciplinary coordination and cooperation between the sealant manufacturer and glass supplier, and between the metalworker and glazier. As is well known have experts of different types but also different job-specific ways of thinking, so that there are always problems of definition and coordination.
The present invention is therefore based on the object of specifying a glazing system of the type mentioned which can be fully designed and carried out by the metalworker.
The solution to the above problem is specified in the characterizing part of claim 1, and it is to be explicitly pointed out that this solution is based on laminated glass panes with (integrated) flange nuts inserted into the glazing.
In other words than those used in claim 1 cited above, the essence of the present invention consists in invisibly fastening the laminated glass panes to window glazing by means of hooking and screwing without adhesive and sealing work.
Particular refinements of this concept are the subject of claims 2 and 3, it being additionally noted that the glazing system is usable not only in connection with stationary laminated glass panes, but also in connection with mobile window sashes.
Diese zeigt inThe invention is explained below with reference to the drawing. This shows in
Verbundglasscheiben; Fig. 2 einen Horizontalschnitt entsprechend derFig. 1 is a front view of a building facade with some cut-outs through the Laminated glass panes; Fig. 2 is a horizontal section corresponding to the

Schnittlinie F - F in Fig. 1.Section line F - F in FIG. 1.
In Fig. 1 ist ein Ausschnitt eines Verglasungssystems dargestellt, bei dem eine Mehrzahl von1 shows a section of a glazing system in which a plurality of
Laminated glass panes 1 are fixed above and next to one another in the orthogonal grid.
12 in Fig. 2 ... 7) fixiert.
These laminated glass panes 1 are non-positively fixed to a substructure (cf. 12 in FIGS. 2 ... 7) via complementary angle element pairs 2, which are indicated partly by dashed lines and partly fully drawn in the broken-open areas. An angle element 21 is screwed to a flange nut integrated in the laminated glass pane 1 (see FIG. 10 in FIGS. 2, 3, 4, 5, 7), while the conjugate angle element 22 is connected to the substructure 12 in a positive and non-positive manner. The mutually complementary angular elements 21, 22 (cf. in particular FIGS. 2 and 5) are designed such that they partially overlap and that the angular element 21 screwed to the laminated glass pane 1 is narrower than the conjugated angular element 22 1 relative to the latter Shift angle element 22 laterally via threaded bolts 3, 4 and align exactly.
The laminated glass panes 1 can also be set (padded) in the vertical direction by means of threaded pins 5, these threaded pins 5 being attached to the lower edge of the laminated glass panes 1. In the edge region of the laminated glass panes 1, a grub screw 6 engaging on the angle element 22 is also provided, from which a further grub screw 7 is directed coaxially from the opposite side (upper edge).
Fig. 2 shows a horizontal section through the glazing system according to Fig. 1 and that along the section line A - A. This illustration can be seen in particular how the laminated glass pane 1 via its integrated flange nuts 10 and the mutually complementary angle element pairs 2 with the substructure 12 are screwed. This substructure 12 here consists of a T-shaped profile, the T-crossbar overlaps the joint between two laminated glass panes 1 fixed next to one another and thus connects these two laminated glass panes 1 to one another. The joint in turn is closed from the inside by means of a flat seal 14.
Fig. 3 zeigt im Prinzip die gleiche Darstellung wie Fig. 2 , jedoch längs einer zweiten (anderen) Schnittlinie B - B.Fig. 3 shows in principle the same representation as Fig. 2, but along a second (different) section line B - B.
In der Darstellung nach Fig. 4 sind insbesondere auch die Gewindebolzen 3, 4 zur Klotzung der Verbundglasscheiben 1 zu erkennen.FIG. 4 shows a horizontal section through FIG. 1 along the section line C - C, that is to say approximately in the middle through a laminated glass pane 1. The laminated glass panes 1 which are arranged adjacent to each other are over their Angle element pairs 2 are screwed to the substructure 12 and the joint between the laminated glass panes 1 are sealed by means of inserted and fixed sealing lips 16. 4, in particular the threaded bolts 3, 4 for jamming the laminated glass panes 1 can also be seen.
In Fig. 5 und Fig. 6 sind zwei Axialschnitte durch das Verglasungssystem nach Fig. 1 dargestellt, und zwar längs der Schnittlinien D - D und E - E.5 and 6 show two axial sections through the glazing system according to FIG. 1, namely along the section lines D-D and E-E.
Fig. 5 shows in particular the design of the angle element pairs 2 and it can be seen in particular how the one angle element 21 is screwed to a flange nut 10 of the laminated glass pane 1 and how the conjugate angle element 22 is overlapped and in turn connected to the substructure 12 is. The - based on a laminated glass pane 1 - upper and lower pairs of angle elements 2 are aligned and fixed via the threaded pins 6, 7. The joints between the laminated glass panes 1 are likewise closed by means of sealing lips 16.
Der Gewindestift 5 ist dabei in einem Profil abgestützt, das die Gewichtskraft der jeweiligen Verbundglasscheibe 1 in die Unterkonstruktion 12 einleitet.6 shows - along the section line E - E - in particular a section through the threaded pin 5, via which the laminated glass panes 1 are exactly aligned in the vertical direction. The grub screw 5 is supported in a profile that introduces the weight of the respective laminated glass pane 1 into the substructure 12.
Unterkonstruktion 12 andererseits miteinander verbindet.7, a pair of angle elements 2 is primarily shown again, as is the case with the laminated glass pane 1 on the one hand and the Substructure 12 on the other hand connects.
Finally, it should be pointed out again that the previously described purely mechanical fixation of an orthogonal field of laminated glass panes is not limited to stationary panes, but that the basic concept can also be applied to mobile window sashes.
