Abstract
The invention concerns a process for producing a structure comprising at least two layers, with at least one core layer and at least one mantle layer. A tool, comprising a hard bottom die with at least one mould cavity and a soft upper die with at least one layer, is used to introduce the core layer into the mould cavity and bond it to the mantle layer.

Verfahren zur Herstellung einer mindestens zwei Schichten aufweisenden Struktur mit mindestens einer Kernschicht (30) und mindestens einer Mantelschicht (40), wobei mittels eines Werkzeuges, bestehend aus einer mindestens ein Formnest (15) aufweisenden Matrize (10) und einem Stempel (20), die Kernschicht (30) in das Formnest (15) eingebracht und mit der Mantelschicht (40) verbunden wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Werkstoff des Stempels (20) weicher ist als der Werkstoff der Matrize (10), so daß der Stempel (20) beim Abformen zumindest teilweise in die Matrize (10) eindringen kann.
Method for producing a structure having at least two layers with at least one core layer (30) and at least one cladding layer (40), wherein by means of a tool consisting of a die (10) having at least one mold cavity (15) and a stamp (20), the core layer (30) is introduced into the mold cavity (15) and connected to the cladding layer (40), characterized in that the material of the ram (20) is softer than the material of the matrix (10), so that the ram (20 ) during molding at least partially into the die (10) can penetrate.
