  • the method of the invention will provide, when applied, the customers at supermarkets, airports, etc., clear and good information regarding which pro ⁇ ducts and services that are offered/imparted through the shop, as well as providing the suppliers of goods and services to the shop the possibility of informing the customers of availability and existance of their products and services. While waiting to pay at the cashier counters, the customers have the opportunity to read/observe the information/advertising indicia which is in the conveyer belt.

Abstract

Procédé d'application de repères informatifs/publicitaires (1) sur un tapis roulant (2a), par exemple dans un poste de caissière (2). Le procédé consiste à former une impression spéciale (1) à l'aide d'une presse thermique à compression (3), dans laquelle la plaque inférieure (7) et la plaque supérieure (8) sont portées à une température comprise entre 70 et 130 °C, et à rapprocher l'une de l'autre les plaques inférieure (7) et supérieure (8), le tapis roulant comportant des repères informatifs/publicitaires (1) sur sa face supérieure étant placé entre ces plaques inférieure (7) et supérieure (8) à l'aide d'une pression comprise entre 6 et 9 bar, de manière à intégrer les repères informatifs/publicitaires (1) à la surface du tapis roulant (2a) au moyen de ladite presse thermique à compression (3), et ce sans diminuer la qualité ou la vie utile dudit tapis roulant (2a).
