Abstract

L'invention concerne un implant osseux comportant une cavité glénoïde (1) sensiblement en forme de segment sphérique pour recevoir la tête articulaire d'une prothèse de l'os du fémur, et des moyens de fixation en forme de broche (3) permettant l'ancrage de la cavité glénoïde (1) dans les os pelviens du patient, cette cavité glénoïde présentant une pluralité d'évidements (2) destinés à recevoir les moyens de fixation. Ces évidements (2) comportent une butée destinée à un mouvement des broches (3) orienté de l'intérieur de la cavité glénoïde vers l'extérieur et sont alignés en vue d'une disposition divergente des broches (3), ces dernières pouvant être insérées dans les évidements (2) depuis l'intérieur de la cavité glénoïde (1) et présentant les surfaces d'appui destinées aux butées.
