Abstract

Device for forming a thin pancake pocket shape by regular pleating. The invention comprises a set of three flexible membranes (1), (2), (3) connected by slides (7) with articulated arms (4), (5), (6), which are moved by connecting rods (8), (9), (10) in turn connected to crown wheels (11), (12), (13) which are translatably moved by actuators (14), (15), (16) secured to two frame tubes (17),(18). The operating sequence of the actuators (14), (15), (16) deforms the flexible diaphragms (1), (2), (3), forming a thin pancake pleated to a pocket shape, the pancake having been previously placed flat on the membranes (1) and (2) in an open rest position. The invention provides a device for the automatic pleating of thin pancake pockets of all sizes.

Le dispositif suivant l'invention permet d'industrialiser une production de crêpes en forme d'aumonières de toutes tailles de façon automatique avec une parfaite régularité et sans risque de déchirement de la crêpe lors du conformage. Le dispositif, objet de l'invention, comprend (fig 1) un ensemble de trois membranes souples, la première dite de base (1), la seconde dite de fouet (2), la troisième dite de ligature (3). Ces trois membranes sont mises en déformation successives par deux ensembles de bras articulés : bas (4) et (5) , haut (6).
