Abstract

Composition, bain et procédé ayant pour but principal de remplacer, à partir de la phase de décapage, toutes les étapes de traitement des surfaces de matériaux en ferro-alliage que l'on soumettra à des contraintes importantes à froid (étirage, pressage, extrusion et d'autres). Selon le mode préféré de réalisation, un kilo de la composition comporte (A) de 100 à 950 g environ d'acide sulfurique (H2SO4), (B) de 10 à 800 g environ d'acide phosphorique (H3PO4), (C) de 50 à 500 g environ d'acide borique (H3BO3), (D) de 5 à 80 g environ d'acide polyhydroxymonocarboxylique (acide gluconique), (E) de l'eau selon une quantité suffisante/nécessaire pour obtenir un kilo de la composition, (F) de 0 à 150 g environ de propylène-glycol et/ou de butyl-glycol, et (G) de 0 à 150 g environ d'extrait d'acacia noir modifié (tanin). Par conséquent, on peut former, sur la surface en ferro-alliage faisant l'objet du traitement, une couche particulière présentant des caractéristiques lubrifiantes et anti-corrosives et un faible coefficient de frottement, et constituant une excellente surface de contact pour l'adhérence de lubrifiants auxiliaires (savons, huiles, pâtes et autres).
