Abstract

Ce chariot à bagages comprend un élément transversal inférieur (1), en une seule pièce, destiné à recevoir les extrémités inférieures d'une paire de montants (4, 5) tubulaires latéraux, une paire de roues (13, 14) ainsi qu'un plateau de base (21) s'étendant vers l'extérieur, généralement perpendiculairement par rapport aux montants latéraux, un élément transversal supérieur (8) étant doté de moyens destinés à recevoir les extrémités supérieures des montants latéraux afin de former une structure rigide plane, ainsi qu'une paire d'éléments d'extension (9, 10) logés dans les alésages respectifs des montants latéraux et fixés à leur extrémité supérieure à un manche (11), les montants latéraux pouvant être réglés de façon télescopique à l'aide d'un levier à genouillère (12) placé sur l'élément supérieur ou dans celui-ci. Un élément antérieur (24) monté à l'avant du plateau de base permet de régler la longueur utile de celui-ci, et on peut le verrouiller de façon libérable grâce à un mécanisme comprenant une paire de surfaces de cames qui coopèrent afin de prévenir ou d'empêcher tout déplacement vers l'intérieur de l'élément antérieur lors de l'utilisation du chariot chargé.
