Abstract

一种行李手推车，包括：
整根底横梁、一对车轮和一个底板，底横梁包括 用来容纳一对管状侧梁的下端的装置，所述底板以与 侧梁基本成直角的方式向外延伸；
一根顶横梁，该顶横梁包括用来容纳侧梁上端的 装置，从而使底横梁、侧梁和顶横梁形成一个刚性平 面结构；以及一对分别插在侧梁孔中的伸缩时，其上 端固定到手柄上，所述侧梁由设在顶梁中或顶横梁上 的单独肘杆可伸缩地进行调整。该车使用简便，便于 携带。

Description

本发明涉及一种专门用于携带箱子或类似行李物品的行李手推车，该行李可永久性地或可脱开地由紧固件固定在车子上的某个地方，这样，行李即可由其本身的手柄携带，又可由手推车携带。
本发明的目的是提供 一种精巧、有效，使用简便的适于永久或暂时携带行李用的行李手推车。
根据本发明 所述的行李手推车包括：
一整根底横梁、一对车轮和一个底板，底横梁包括用来容纳一对管状侧梁的下端的装置，所述底板以与侧梁基本成直角的方式向外延伸；
一根顶横梁，该顶横梁包括用来容枘侧梁上端的装置，从而使底横梁、侧梁和顶横梁形成一个刚性平面结构；以及
一对分别插在侧梁孔中的伸缩时，其上端固定到手柄上，所述侧梁由设在顶梁中或顶横梁上的单独肘杆可伸缩地进行调整。
图1、2、3所示是本发明的实施例。
在如附图所示的本发明的实施例中，手推车包括一个基本上为矩形的底横梁1，底横梁1是由一整块硬塑料模压而成，在其上表面有两个凸伸的柱2、3。每个柱2、3上有一个孔，两个管状铝侧梁4、5的下端分别插在柱2、3上的孔中，而其上端分别插在顶横梁8相应的凸柱6、7中。顶横梁8也是由一块塑料模压而成，这样，梁1、4、5和8一起形成一个可支撑住行李物品（未示出）一个侧面的刚性平面结构。
由于梁4、5是管状的，这样，在它们的内部空间中可容纳与其形状相一致的可伸缩件9、10，每个可伸缩件9、10分别插在顶横梁8的孔中，这样，便可根据需要将它们有选择地向上伸出或向下缩回。手柄11将伸缩件9、10的上端横向连接在一起，该手柄11也是由一整块塑料模压而成，这样，依靠可伸缩件9、10，便可调节手柄11相对底横梁的高度。将手柄11调节到所需要的位置时，通过可转动的肘杆13便可将手柄11锁定在该位置处，肘杆12安装在一根可转动的轴（未示出）上，轴可在顶梁8的长度范围内转动，并在它的每个端部设有一凸轮面，在使用中，凸轮面与可伸缩件9、10相配合，这样，便可将件9、10锁定在其所选择的位置处，并根据需要松开。
底横梁1的末端装有一宽轮13、14，这两个轮包容在与其形状相符合的拱轮架15、16中，并可转动地安装在轴17上，轴17沿着在底横梁1内部整个长度上所形成的槽延伸。
如图3所示，底板18沿着与梁1、4、5和8所形成的平面结构成直角的方向从底横梁1处延伸，并由销19、20安装在底横梁1上。销19、20插在底横梁1上与其形状一致的孔（未示出）中，并由钉或螺钉固定住。底板19也是由一整块塑料模压而成，并包括加强筋和基本上呈扁平的中间区域21，加强筋和扁平区域21一起能够支承住放在其上面的行李。即使需要将行李永久地固定在车子上，那也是可以实现的，因为在底板18上设有一对螺纹孔22、23。
在底板18上还有可伸缩的前梁24，前梁24可借助于安装在它上面的伸缩臂25、26从底板18中拉出来，并拉到所需要的距离处，伸缩臂25、26固定在底板18前部相应的孔中。通过这种方式，行李车可支撑一件行李物品，或者根据需要通过将前梁拉到合适的距离处来支撑其它行李物品。
再参照图3，从该图中可以清楚地看出，底板18还带有辅助的伸缩件27，在制造手推车期间，伸缩件27可滑上销19、20或从销19、20上滑下来。辅助件27由一整块塑料模压而成，并具有与底板18的形状相适应的横截面形状。这样做的优点是，制造手推车时，可以根据需要有选择地增加底板18的宽度，以使其容纳大的行李物品。这便克服了需要提供不同宽度的底板18的缺点，从而显著地减少了加工费用。
因此，本发明由于采用了特殊的单独肘杆12和较大的轮或从销19、20上滑下来。辅助件27由一整块塑料模压而成，并具有与底板18的形状相适应的横截面形状。这样做的优点是，制造手推车时，可以根据需要有选择地增加底板18的宽度，以使其容纳大的行李物品。这便克服了需要提供不同宽度的底板18的缺点，从而显著地减少了加工费用。
因此，本发明由于采用了特殊的单独肘杆12和较大的轮13、14，因此提供了一种精巧、有效，使用简便的适于永久或暂时携带行李用的行李手推车，本发明的另一个优点是，在制造手推车过程中，仅需一件制造底板18的工具。

Claims (4)

1、一种行李手推车，其特征是，
一整根底横梁、一对车轮和一个底板，底横梁包括用来容纳一对管状侧梁的下端的装置，所述底板与侧梁基本成直角向外延伸；
一根顶横梁，该顶横梁包括用来容纳侧梁上端的装置，从而使底横梁、侧梁和顶横梁形成一个刚性平面结构；以及
一对分别插在侧梁孔中的伸缩肘，其上端固定到手柄上，所述侧梁由设在顶梁中或顶横梁上的单独肘杆可伸缩地进行调整。
2、根据权利要求1所述的行李手推车，其特征是，所述肘杆对中安装在顶横梁上或顶横梁内，并固定在一根可转动的轴上，轴的每个自由端包括一个凸轮，在肘杆移动到它的闭锁位置时，凸轮  可松开    将伸缩件相对于侧梁锁定在需要的位置。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的行李手推车，其特征是，底板包括一块单件的塑料模压件，该塑料模压件的销固定在底横梁上。
4、根据权利要求3所述的行李手推车，其特征是，它还包括一个或多个横截面形状与底板相适应的调整件，该调整件插在底横梁和底板之间的销上。
