Abstract

Procédé de production d'une matrice destinée à gaufrer une structure souhaitée dans un article, comprenant les étapes consistant: (a) à former un modèle maître présentant une surface métallisée profilée qui est conforme à la structure souhaitée; (b) à déposer par galvanoplastie une couche d'un premier métal sur la surface métallisée afin de former un père; (c) à libérer ce père du modèle maître; (d) à déposer par galvanoplastie une autre couche d'un second métal, qui peut être identique au premier métal ou différent de celui-ci, sur la surface du père qui était en contact avec la surface métallisée profilée afin de constituer une matrice; et enfin (e) à libérer la matrice du père. L'invention se rapporte également à des procédés de préparation de modèles maîtres susceptibles d'être utilisés dans le procédé de production de matrices dans lesquelles les structures requises sont transférées sur des plaquettes de silicium et de silice.
