Abstract
Le mandrin à pinces de l'invention comprend un corps principal (1) dans lequel est montée une douille de serrage (3), un manchon externe conique (18) fixé à la douille (3), une tige de connexion (7) dans laquelle est monté un élément de fixation (10). L'unité se distingue par le fait que la douille de serrage (3) est fixée de manière rigide au corps principal (1) à l'aide d'une pièce de fixation. On a également prévu un manchon (12) pouvant exécuter un mouvement de va-et-vient, et monté sur le corps principal (1), tandis que le manchon extérieur (18) est monté fixe à l'intérieur du manchon (12) dans lequel la douille de serrage (3) est reçue. Ledit manchon (12) est relié fixe à la tige de connexion (7) au moyen des éléments de fixation (10) passant librement dans les gorges (2) situées dans ledit corps principal (1), et entre le corps principal (1) et le manchon (12) sont montés des poussoirs (15) à ressort, tandis que la pièce de fixation se présente sous la forme d'un contre écrou (22) situé sur le corps principal (1). La douille de serrage (3) présente un collier annulaire extérieur (6) destiné à porter l'organe de levée de l'écrou, lequel est également monté sur le corps principal (1), et à forcer ledit contre écrou (22) à venir contre le collier annulaire extérieur (6) de la douille de serrage (3), contre ledit organe de levée (20) de l'écrou. Des ouvertures de passage (11) sont ménagées dans le manchon (12), dans lesquelles les élements de fixation (10) se présentant sous la forme de goujons prisonniers sont fixés immobiles. Ladite tige de connexion (7) présente un collier annulaire (9) destiné à supporter les goujons prisonniers (10), ils exercent une pression contre ladite tige, et sont fixés de manière rigide par l'écrou (8). Le manchon présente également une bague protectrice (13) montée fixe sur ledit manchon (12) afin de couvrir les ouvertures de passage (11) qu'il contient, et dans lesquelles sont insérés les éléments de fixation (10). Sur la surface intérieure de la douille (3) se trouve une rondelle de butée (6). Un filetage est ménagé à l'intérieur de la tige de connexion (7) et l'on a prévu des vis de support et de verrouillage (25, 26) coopérant avec la vis conique (29) par l'intermédiaire d'une vis intermédiaire (27).
