Abstract

Bisher war es üblich, die Wegstrecke einer Gliederkette, z.B. für einen Yachtanker, durch Drehzahlmessung an einem Kettenrad zu bestimmen. Nach der Erfindung wird die Kette durch einen Sensor geführt, der mittels eines hochfrequenten elektrischen Feldes die einzelnen Glieder erkennt und entsprechende Zählimpulse an eine Auswerteeinrichtung abgibt, die die Zählimpulse in ein Längenmaß umrechnet. Dadurch kann z.B. eine Ankerkette in einfacher Weise genau auf eine bestimmte Tiefe ausgefahren und danach wieder eingeholt werden.
