  • This invention relates to a discharge means for a liquid container intended to prevent liquid spillage and to facilitate the entrance of air when discharging liquid.
  • One object of this invention is to provide a discharge means, in which liquid drops are prevented to end up on the outside of the container after discharge but instead are returned to the container.
  • Another object is to provide a discharge means with which the supply of air to the container vessel in question is facilitated during discharge.

  • the slits are so designed that the valve element 3c leaves the connection between said slits and the return channels 6 open when it is situated on the stop 3b, but disrupts said connection while it is situated on the valve seat 3a.

This means that these openings could be made much bigger than what would be possible otherwise, which in turn means that the liquid return and the supply of air is substanti ⁇ ally facilitated.

Abstract

L'invention concerne un moyen de décharge pour récipients de liquide conçu pour empêcher le déversement de liquide et faciliter l'alimentation en air pendant la décharge. Ledit moyen comporte un tube d'écoulement (2) de liquide doté d'une base (9) destinée à être montée à proximité d'une ouverture (1) du récipient et sur laquelle est montée une couronne (7) entourant le tube d'écoulement, des canaux (6) débouchant entre la couronne et le tube d'écoulement de liquide de retour et l'alimentation en air, ainsi que des orifices de sortie (4) de liquide reliés audit tube d'écoulement de liquide, séparés des canaux (6) de retour de liquide et d'alimentation en air. Les canaux (6) de retour de liquide et d'alimentation en air débouchent dans un logement de valve (3) comprenant un élément valve (3c) mobile entre un siège de valve supérieur (3a) et une butée de valve inférieure (3b), des fentes (5) d'admission d'air et de retour de liquide étant prévues dans le logement (3) de valve de sorte qu'une communication est établie entre l'intérieur du récipient (1) et les canaux (6) débouchant dans le logement de valve. Ainsi, l'élement de valve (3c) est agencé pour empêcher ladite communication lorsqu'il repose dans le siège (3a) et pour être soulevée de son siège (3a) par l'air affluant (flèches B) pendant la décharge du liquide (flèches A).
