Abstract

Motor-driven curtain rods translated by chains, adapted to all sizes, all curves and all types of crossings without requiring any rolling elements. The rod includes a steel or light metal alloy bar, bendable on demand, comprising two teflon sliding rails in which a dual-acting chain runs in a closed loop; wherein the chain is pulled at one end by an electric motor and held at the other end by a chain-tensionning system and a sprocket acting as a return loop.
