Abstract

Die erfindungsgemäße Verschlußeinheit besteht aus einem Ausgußteil (10) und einem auch im geöffneten Zustand mit dem Ausgußteil verbundenen Verschlußteil (20), wobei die beiden Teile im geschlossenen Zustand der Verschlußeinheit durch ein Dichtflächenpaar gegeneinander abgedichtet sind. Die Verschlußeinheit weist einen Bereich aus einem Ausgußmaterial (A) und einen Bereich aus einem Verschlußmaterial (B) auf, welche beiden Bereiche durch eine Fließnaht miteinander verbunden sind. Die Fließnaht verläuft derart durch die Verschlußeinheit, daß wenigstens Teile der ausgußteilseitigen Dichtfläche aus dem Ausgußmaterial und wenigstens Teile der verschlußteilseitigen Dichtfläche aus dem Verschlußmaterial bestehen. Die Verschlußeinheit wird in einem Simultangießverfahren hergestellt. Die Materialpaarung und die Gießparameter der beiden simultan ablaufenden Gießprozesse sind dabei derart eingerichtet, daß die beiden Materialien an der für die Fließnaht vorgesehenen Position aufeinandertreffen und eine Fließnaht (31) bilden. Die Position und die Form der Fließnaht können zusätzlich durch bewegliche Gießformteile (Schieber) bestimmt werden.
