检索自 90年元月起至 93年 6月以前的囯内外有关呆扳手的 各种设计专利 27种,其中一半是多用型,一部分是加装附件改进 型,一部分是回转打滑型。所有的改进均围绕一个中心:使用方便、 多用途、效率高。但从实用、受力强度好,成本低,制造难易的综合 指标衡量,均不够理想,使其专利实施应用困维。
本发明的目的是即针对上述问题,在主要技术指标均能满足 现行国?示标准的情况下,使插入更方便,不伤角、不打滑、适用于小 于 30°的狭^位置使用。 易制造、低成本方面突出,全面综合指标较 高,利于实施,形成产品,易于推广。
本方案的技术特征是在呆扳手开口及两受力边设计了一个特 殊的几何形状,在同一旋转方向具有互成 Θ角度的两个工位。 Θ角 在 10°— 22°范围内逸定。并由两个斜面形成工件入口。该几何形状 的形成如图 1,图 2所示。
图 1的特征是在两个旋转方向均有互成 Θ角度的两个工位,其 扳手开口部位折线的形成过程如下:
' 扳手的开口中心是 YY',一个相当于六角形紧固件的正六边形 ABCDEF的初始位置如图所示,中心点是 0。 然后将正六边形向上 沿 YY'移动一定的距离,使中心点 0移到 0'点, 00' 正六边形 ABCDEF边长的三分之一。再将正六边形向左和向右分別旋转 Θ角 度, Θ角在 10°— 22°范围内逸定。分別形成另两个正六边形 abcdef 和 a'b'c'd'e'f。那么 ab和 a'b'的交点是 G;de和 d'e'的交点是 H;AB和 be的交点是 I ;DE和 c'd'的交点是 J。 G,H,I,J四点即为四个受力 点。为了满足受力点落在正六边形工件边长 0. 55-0. 85的范围内, 此图中 00'为边长的五分之一, Θ角为 15°,扳手开口折线的形成如 图所示,为了在受力时不伤六角工件的角,均设计了消气角 a如图 所示,这就构成了扳手开口部位的折线。
图 2特征只是在一个旋转方向上有互成 Θ角度的两个工位,其 扳手开口部位折线的形成过程如下:
扳手的开口中心线及正六边形的初始位置同图 1。然后 !正六 边形向上沿 YY'移动一定的距离。使中心点 0移动 0',00' 正六边 形 ABCDEF边长的三分之一。再将正六边形向左旋转 Θ角度, Θ角 在 10°—22。范围内逸定。形成另一六边形 abcdef。 那 ab和 AB的交 点是 I; de和 DE的交点是 H;bc与 AB的交点为 J ;过 J点作 YY'的 垂线并延长与 DE相交于 K点。 这样 I,H,J,K两点为四个受力点。 为了满足受力点落在正六边形工作边长的 0. 55— 0. 85范围内,此 图 00'为边长的八分之一, Θ角为 15°。 扳手开口折线的形成如图所 示,为在受力时不伤六角工件的角,均设计了消气角 a如图所示。这 就构成了扳手开口部位的折线。
以上两图中以 0为圆心正六边形对角线 1/2为半径向下画孤 形成呆扳手开口下方连接 B. D的圆弧。并向两边延长交于折线 B', D'各尖角均选用圆角以散应力集中,公差参照国家标准设计,开口 两异形边承受的扭矩,要求满足国 ί示中 C、D糸列指标。开口中心线 与手柄中心线成 15°角。
该扳手由于在同一旋转方向具有互成 Θ角度的两个工位。可使 其在扳手手柄旋转角度大于 30°时,可不翻面连续使用,小于 30°的 狭窄位置可翻面使用。插入时有斜面自动导向,使插入方便,受力 点均在正六边形边长的 0. 55-0. 85以内,增强了工件承受扭矩的 性能,不至于打滑。 虽在 统呆扳手的基础上增加了一些角度,但 仍易于实施。相应生产成本只略高于传统呆扳手,利于推广。图 2的 形式主要用于较大规格的六角紧固件,不考虑小于 30°的狹窄位置 使用。
实施这一技术与传统呆扳手生产工艺十分近似, 只需增加异 型口部的加工工序即可。

权 利 要 求
