Abstract

L'inventon se rapporte à de nouveaux dérivés de glucocorticostéroïdes de 16α,17α-acétal de formule générale (I), dans laquelle la ligne en pointillé dans la position 1,2 représente une liaison optionnelle, R représente un atome d'hydrogène ou un group acétyle et R1 et R2 représentent indépendamment un atome d'hydrogène ou de fluor, et à leurs solvates avec des solvants organiques. Les dérivés de l'invention exercent des activités anti-inflammatoires, antiallergiques et immunosuppressives. On décrit également le procédé de préparation de ces dérivés et les compositions pharmaceutiques les contenant.
