Abstract

Un tube à faisceau électronique linéaire, tel qu'un dispositif à tétrode à sortie inductive (IOT), comprend une cavité d'entrée (6) formée par une partie corps interne (12) et une partie corps externe (13) réunies par un isolateur électrique (14) généralement cylindrique. La cavité d'entrée entoure un canon à électrons (1) et permet d'établir une connexion électrique entre la cathode (2) et la grille (3) par l'intermédiaire de certaines parties (20 et 21) de la partie corps interne. Cette structure permet d'isoler des parties à haute tension de l'agencement par rapport à la partie corps externe à basse tension, tout en présentant une voie à faible niveau de fuite pour l'énergie haute fréquence dans la cavité (6).
