Abstract

Le pipeline selon l'invention est constitué, vu en coupe transversale, d'une canalisation médiane (1) en matière plastique telle que du PVC entourée d'une canalisation de protection (2) dont le diamètre intérieur est supérieur au diamètre extérieur de ladite canalisation médiane (1). Ladite canalisation de protection (2) comporte deux ou plusieurs canaux s'étendant longitudinalement (6) pouvant être prévus à l'extérieur de la canalisation (1) et en relation thermoconductrice avec la canalisation (2). La canalisation (2) est en matériau imperméable à la vapeur d'eau présentant une bonne thermoconductivité tel que l'aluminium, et les canaux (6) sont fabriqués dans le même matériau que la canalisation (2). La canalisation de protection (2) est entourée d'une isolation (4) telle que de la mousse de polyuréthane recouverte, à l'extérieur, d'une enveloppe en acier imperméable à la vapeur (5). Des câbles chauffants électriques (3) sont intégrés dans un ou plusieurs canaux (6). Des conducteurs électriques tels que des fils pilotes peuvent être insérés dans d'autres canaux. L'apport calorifique est régulé par un dispositif tel qu'un thermostat de sorte que la température soit approximativement la même à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur de la canalisation médiane (1), par exemple. Un pipeline selon l'invention empêche la transmission de la vapeur d'eau dans l'isolation (4) depuis l'intérieur de la canalisation médiane (1), et l'éclatement de la canalisation médiane (1) sous l'effet du gel.
