Abstract

Durch die horizontale Anordung von Stabfederelementen (1) werden einem Schüttgutförderer hohe Freiheitsgrade bezüglich der horizontalen und vertikalen Schwingungsebene gegeben. Durch die Überwachung der Phasenlage des mechanischen und elektrischen Schwingkreises, mittels einem Sensor (60), wird der Schwingförderer automatisch in den optimalen Arbeitsbereich gefahren. Über die Amplitudensollvorgabe (42) kann die Geschwindigkeit stufenlos geregelt werden. Durch die hohe Förderdynamik eignet sich der Förderer in idealer Weise zum volumenmäßigen Dosieren von Schüttgut in der Lebensmittel-, Kunststoff-, Bau-, Chemie- und Pharmaindustrie. Eine andere Anwendung ist in der Bereitstellung von SMD-Bauteilen für einen SMD-Automaten zu sehen.
