Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un vitrage feuilleté comprenant au moins une couche d'émail, dans lequel on dépose une composition d'émail comprenant une fritte anti-adhésive, un médium et, éventuellement, une fritte à bas point de fusion sur une partie de la face interne d'une feuille de verre, on soumet la feuille de verre émaillée à un traitement thermique à une température comprise entre 150 °C et la température de déformation du verre, puis on place sur la face émaillée de la feuille de verre une seconde feuille de verre avant de bomber simultanément les deux feuilles, la cuisson définitive de l'émail se faisant lors du bombage.
