Abstract

Système de traitement des agrumes, comprenant la coupe en morceaux, le conditionnement et la commercialisation. Ce nouveau procédé de traitement des agrumes, pour leur commercialisation et consommation se caractérise par un nouveau type approprié de découpage et de conditionnement. Ce système apporte une solution aux problèmes d'asepsie dans le traitement et la consommation de ces produits. Il concerne les agrumes, et plus particulièrement la commercialisation du citron coupé en morceaux et conditionné.
