Abstract
La présente invention se rapporte généralement aux domaines de l'analyse et de l'interprétation d'images macromoléculaires. Elle se rapporte plus particulièrement à des moyens de sélection d'une image, et à l'utilisation d'une automatisation unique par ordinateur, à vecteur de couleur, pour déterminer la forme, la longueur, et les caractéristiques physiques d'une bissectrice d'image d'ADN à coloration, en fonction du contour global. L'invention se rapporte également à des procédés permettant d'étirer de manière gravitationnelle l'ADN en une forme essentiellement linéaire, à deux dimensions, présentant une distance entre les paires de kilobases comprise entre 0,34 νm et 0,65 νm par paire de kilobase. Des exemples d'images couleurs analysées sont présentés, lesquels comprennent la cartographie des distances, de l'orientation et d'éléments de marquage d'ADN à coloration par hybridation à visualisation directe (DIRVISH).
