Abstract

OBJECT OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to a hygienic pocket container that has been conceived as an accessory of small dimensions, which can be carried very easily, either as a unit or as part of a group from which the different containers are being extracted and used successively , with the purpose of housing in its interior under certain circumstances small volume waste, such as cigarette butts, chewing gum, piles of pipes, etc. , so that instead of throwing these residues on the ground at the moment they are produced, they can be stored in the container and kept in a pocket until the moment when a wastebasket or any other appropriate place for its final access is accessed elimination.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Currently there is a generalized consumption of small and certain products, derived mainly from the food industry, which imply the provocation of waste, and that on multiple occasions end up on the floor of the street, beach, field, or any other site.

Almost all people have had the unpleasant experience of stepping on a "bubble gum" in the street, or having to remove some "pipes" from a seat. Waste that by small does not stop being annoying and unhygienic.

There is, therefore, a hygiene problem, which has its origin in a specific and individual consumption, which occurs in any place and at any time, wherever the consumer is, consumption of small products that by consuming them inevitably derive waste or waste.

For this hygiene problem, which is here considered personal hygiene, there has not been a specific, adequate and technical solution to date.

The problem has been treated from another conception, which refers to the joint use of the different solutions that have been proposed, forcing them to be unspecific in their use and semi-static. The solutions provided under this conception have materialized in different types and models of containers, which with some specialization, such as "bins", continue to respond to the joint conception, needing to be of a certain size and consistency, as well as needing a space Concrete physical for your location.

It has also determined this traditional vision of the problem, that the solutions mentioned are of little or no mobility - following the example - as occurs with a bin installed in the street or on the beach.

Without a practical, hygienic and individual solution to this need-hygiene problem has been provided to date. To this problem, too, they wanted to give a palliative response from the Public Administrations - with few results - through the campaign to raise public awareness, as well as from the legislative bodies, creating norms that sanctioned those people who threw these small remains to public roads. Without, on the other hand, there was a technical alternative, that was not the non-consumption of the citizen or that he kept the residue in his hand until he found the appropriate place to finally get rid of it (with the consequent risk and nuisance), appropriate place that sometimes it is very distant from the consumer and thus asking a certain degree of citizenship for citizens that, as we can see in everyday life, not everyone has, and even having it, for whatever circumstances, it is almost impossible, In some cases, complying with this civic standard.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to a pocket hygienic container, intended on the one hand to contain small remains and residues from the individual consumption of products derived mainly from the food industry, and on the other hand to wrap and store said remains without risk to the consumer, until you get rid of the entire package - including the container used - at the desired time and place. This facilitates personal hygiene and public health, avoiding the use of the above-mentioned waste.

The solution proposed by the present invention responds directly to the aforementioned hygiene problem personnel that will have an impact when generalizing their employment, in public health and with their different designs, intends to encourage the use of the container.

More specifically, the container consists of a thin sheet of easily foldable material (permeable or not, combustible, or not), suitable for the qualitative characteristics of the waste to which it will be destined.

The container results from manipulating the said sheet in a special way and applying different designs, it is materialized in several solutions in the form of a star, cone, arrow, and others that have a cavity, generally of angular profile, appropriate to contain the mentioned residues, and sufficiently sized so that once such waste is received within it, it can be closed by folding its opening, in any case the material constituting said cavity, offering adequate plasticity to maintain the said closed position in a stable manner.

To complement the description that is being made and in order to help a better understanding of the characteristics of the invention, a set of drawings is attached hereto as an integral part thereof, with illustrative character and not limiting, the following has been represented:

Figure 1 shows a perspective view of a pocket hygienic container made in accordance with the object of the present invention, in accordance with a practical embodiment variant in which said container adopts a conical configuration.

Figure 2.- Shows, also according to a perspective view, the same container of the previous figure, after receiving a certain residue inside it, which in this case is materialized in a butt, conveniently closed and in a position to be stored until its final elimination.

Figure 3.- Shows, finally, some of the multiple possibilities of conformation for the container, always from a conveniently folded laminar body, specifically corresponding to a star, a cone, an arrow, a ship and a bow tie.

PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION

According to a preferred example of practical embodiment of the invention, the one shown in Figures 1 and 2, the pocket hygienic container is materialized in a laminar body (1), suitably shaped to define a conical cavity (2), based of an easily foldable material and of suitable plasticity, such as an aluminum foil, the dimensions of said container being such that a certain residue can be housed inside it, such as a butt (3), proceeding after deposition in its inside said residue to a closure of the mouth (4) of the container, either by folding areas or sectors (5) of the conical container near its mouth, by winding it or by any other appropriate system, configuring a waterproof chamber where the immediate shutdown of the butt and where it is kept perfectly isolated and protected, allowing the set to be transported in a pocket until a suitable place for the final disposal of the set is achieved.

Obviously, if aluminum has been chosen as the material for this conical container (1), it is due to the practical application intended for cigarette butts (3), since in another case, such as when temporarily trying to store chewing gum or pipes, the material may be different, such as paper, since it does not need to be incombustible.

In any case, the container will maintain an initial flattening situation, to achieve a minimum volumetric occupancy, and from this initial situation it must be deployed, towards the position represented in Figure 1, so that its cavity (2) becomes operative and the remains or residues in question may be deposited therein.

As it has been said before, the container can constitute a single element or it can be part of a set of equal or different containers, conveniently folded within a supplier capable of housing a certain number of them.

As a result of the research carried out, some containers have been discarded that met technical requirements but did not meet the appropriate design characteristics that made it attractive, and ensured its easy acceptance and use by the public, essential to generalize its use. Employment to which the own industries of those can collaborate products that imply the derivation of debris or waste, being able to supply with the product itself the appropriate container for the purpose of consumption, since they can be held responsible, in part, for the consequences of the consumption of their products. Responsibility shared mainly with the consumer and who until now have been able to excuse themselves in the absence of the appropriate solution proposed by the present invention, thus giving an effective response to the problem.

A series of alternatives to the preferred example of practical embodiment shown in Figures 1 and 2 have been shown in Figure 3, it being possible to observe how in any of these embodiments of Figure 3 one also starts from a laminar body (1), which may be of any nature appropriate to the purpose pursued, that is, paper, cardboard, plastic, aluminum, etc. , and that properly folded and shaped as shown in Figure 3, gives rise to a kind of crashed table (6), a cone (7) structurally different from that of Figure 1, an arrow (8), a ship (9) or a bow tie (10), it being evident that these forms are merely plantar axis and that the number of them is practically unlimited, as long as the common denominator of a cavity (2) is defined in them the one that can deposit the waste in question and then proceed to the closing of the same to avoid the exit of such waste, until the moment of the final disposal of the container-waste set.

2a.- Hygienic pocket container, according to claim la, characterized in that said laminar body is shaped in order to achieve a conical container, of starry configuration, in arrowhead, representative of a ship, of a bow tie or with any other configuration , appropriate to any design line, maintaining at all times the constant that in said ornamental object a cavity (2) dimensionally suitable for the reception of the waste (3) in question is established.

3a.- Hygienic pocket container, according to previous claims, characterized in that the object defined by it, be it a cone (l), a star (6), a pyramid (7), an arrow (8), a ship (9), a bow tie (10) or another, is initially held flat , constituting a practically laminar body, of minimal volumetry, whose cavity or receptacle (2) is deployed at the time of use of the container.
