Abstract

Séquence nucléotidique codant une ATP diphosphohydrolase associée à la virulence (apyrase, EC 3.6.1.5) dans Shigella sp. et E. coli entéro-invasif (EIEC). Sont également décrits des sondes d'hybridation comprenant ladite séquence nucléotidique ou une partie spécifique de cette dernière; un procédé de détection spécifique de Shigella sp. et de EIEC virulents selon lequel on utilise lesdites sondes d'hybridation; et un kit de diagnostic destiné à être utilisé dans le diagnostic présenté ci-avant.
