Abstract

L'invention se rapporte à un procédé et un système de transfert successif d'objets entre des convoyeurs suspendus (56, 58). Ce système se compose, de préférence, de chaînes d'entraînement sans fin à maillons sphériques (54) installées sur des rails de supports creux (52), et d'éléments transporteurs suspendus (66) pour le transport d'objets. Lesdits éléments transporteurs suspendus (66) sont suspendus aux rails de support (52) au moyen de galets d'entraînement (48) conçus pour être raccordés aux chaînes d'entraînement sans fin à maillons sphériques (54) au moyen d'éléments d'accouplement (50). Pour le transfert des éléments transporteurs suspendus (66) entre les convoyeurs suspendus (56, 58) des mécanismes inverseurs (18) à disques de transfert à rotation horizontale (20), et des moyens permettant de guider les parties supérieures (44) des éléments transporteurs suspendus (66) dans et hors (42) des rails, la vitesse périphérique de rotation desdits disques de transfert étant supérieure à celle des convoyeurs suspendus (56, 58). Ce système de conception technique simple permet le transfert automatique et efficace d'objets successifs sur des moyens transporteurs suspendus entre des convoyeurs suspendus.
