Abstract

Das Einweg-Eisgefäss besteht aus zwei Teilen: der äussere Teil kann Plastik, Glas oder Leichtmetall sein; der innere Teil besteht aus Eis. Der äussere Aspekt des Gefässes kann in verschiedene Farben und Formen sein. Das Eis im Innern kann verschiedene Aromen und Geschmacksrichtungen enthalten. Das wiederverwendbare Eisgefäss kann aus Plastik, Glas oder Leichtmetall konstruiert werden. Das Gefäss ist das Resultat einer einzigen Warmschmelzung mit einer dazwischenliegenden Luftkammer. Die Luftkammer wird anschliessend mit Wasser oder einer zum Einfrieren geeigneten Lösung gefüllt. Der äussere Aspekt des Gefässes kann verschiedene Farben und Formen haben, kann 1 dl bis 5 Liter und mehr enthalten.

Description

Einweg-Eisgefäss und wiederverwendbares Eisgefäss
Das Gefäss des Typ' A besteht aus 2 Teilen:
Der äussere Teil kann Plastik,Glas oder Leichtmetall sein ; der innere Teil besteht aus Eis.Der äussere Aspekt des Gefässes kann in ver¬ schiedene Farben und Formen sein.Das Eis im Innern kann verschie¬ dene Aromen und Geschmacksrichtungen enthalten.
Die Konstruktion des Gefässes wird in 2 Phasen ausgeführt:
Phase I : Vorbereitung der Aussenseite durch Schmelzung mittels
Wärme der oben zitierten Materialien um somit eine Serien¬ produktion zu erreichen.
Phase II: Das Gefäss wird mit natürlichem oder aromatisiertem
Trinkwasser gefüllt, anschliessend eingefroren um einen einzelnen Eisblock zu erhalten. Dieser wird in 2 Phasen ausgefeilt :
- In der ersten Phase wird eine Vertiefung angebracht, die dick und dünnflüssige Massen( Substanzen) enthalten kann.
- In der zweiten Phase wird der Rand des Gefässes so aus¬ geschliffen und ausgeweitet, um mit Leichtigkeit trinken zu können.
Diese Bearbeitungen werden bei Mindesttemperaturen von - 10° CELSIUS vorgenommen.
Anschliessend werden die Gefässe geeignet verpackt, bereit für die Ausgabe und Verteilung an allen öffentlichen Orten wie z.B Hotel's, Bar's Restaurant's , Kantinen, Diskotheken, Spitäler,Büro's, Waren¬ häuser sowie an privaten Orten,Partys, Festen usw...
An heissen Sommertagen kann somit jegliche Art von Getränken, Süssig- keiten und anderen Lebensmittel usw. frisch und kühl erhalten werden.
Nach Gebrauch können sie weggeworfen werden. Das Gefäss des Typ's B kann aus Plastik, Glas oder Leichtmetall konstruiert werden.
Das Gefäss des Typ's B ist das Resultat einer einzigen Warmschmelzung mit einer dazwischenliegenden Luftkammer.
Die Luftkammer wird anschliessend mit Wasser oder einer zum Einfrieren geeigneten Lösung gefüllt.
Der äussere Aspekt des Gefässes kann verschiedene Farben und Formen haben, kann 1 dl bis 5 Liter und mehr enthalten.
Das Gefäss kann dick- und dünnflüssige Massen ( Substanzen) enthalten, aber auch beliebige andere Produkte.
Kann mit Griff, Henkel, Zapfen, Deckel, Schraubdeckel, Pressdeckel oder aber auch mit hermetischem Verschluss, der durch Entreissen geöffnet werden kann, versehen sein.
Die Gefässe in den verschiedenen Farben und Formen können an allen öffentlichen Orten Verwendung finden wie Bar's, Hotel's, Restaurant's,
Kantinen, Diskotheken, Spitäler,Büro's, Warenhäuser und natürlich auch an privaten Orten z.B Party's, Festen usw...
An heissen Sommertagen kann somit jegliche Art von Getränken, Süssig - keiten und anderen Lebensmitteln frisch und kühl erhalten werden, nach Gebrauch können sie ausserde von Hand oder in der Abwaschmaschine ge¬ waschen werden,anschliessend im Gefrierfach eingefroren und wiederver¬ wendet werden.

Format Veränderlich je nach Gebrauch von 1 dl bis 5 Liter und mehr.
Aeusserer Aspekt Aus verschiedenen Farben und Formen.
Eisgeschmack Verschiedenen Farben und Aromen, z.B Zitrone, Erdbeer, Coca Cola,Granatin usw....
5. Anwendung - Lebensmittelgebrauch
- Gefäss, das jegliche dick und dünnflüssige Massen ( Substanzen) enthalten kann.
- Kann mit Griff, Henφkel, Zapfen oder Deckel versehen werden.
- In jedem Bereich brauchbar um Getränke ( auch alkaholische) , Süssigkeiten und andere Nahrungsmittel usw.. frisch und kühl zu erhalten.
- Findet Verwendung an allen öffentlichen Orten wie " ~ , Restaurant's, Kantinen, Büro's.Spi.. , Warenhäuser , Lebensmit- telläden,öl :entlichen Degustazionen sowie an privaten Orten; Festen, Party's usw.... 2.)
