Abstract

On décrit un procédé de production d'une matière lignocellulosique blanchi, qui comprend le traitement biologique d'une pâte chimique avec de la xylanase, suivi d'une étape de chloration effectuée à l'aide de chlore et de dioxyde de chlore. L'étape de chloration se caractérise en ce que l'addition du chlore s'effectue avant l'addition du dioxyde de chlore. En conséquence, l'on obtient un procédé permettant de produire une pâte blanchie avec une consommation en produits chimiques et à un coût amoindris.
