Abstract
L'invention concerne l'utilisation d'enzymes d'oxydation d'acides gras dans la fabrication de matériaux papiers, tels que le papier, le carton doublure, le carton ondulé, l'étoffe, les serviettes, les contenants et caisses en carton ondulé. Parmi les exemples d'enzymes d'oxydation d'acides gras, on trouve, les oxygénases classées sous la référence EC 1.13.11. y compris toute sous-classe de celles-ci, telle que la lipoxygénase, EC 1.13.11.12. De telles enzymes ont pour effet de réduire le dépôt de poix. On observe également des effets de blanchiment et de désencrage sur la pâte à papier et sur le matériau papier ainsi obtenu. L'enzyme d'oxydation d'acides gras peut être utilisée en combinaison avec un substrat, avec des protéases, des lipases, des xylanases, des cutinases, des oxidoréductases, des cellulases, des endoglucanases amylases, des mannanases, des stéryl estérases, et/ou des cholestérol estérases; ou avec des tensio-actifs ou autres adjuvants.
