Abstract
L'invention se rapporte d'une façon générale à deux versions d'une structure interne poreuse thermoconductrice pour réservoir. Dans la première version, on ménage l'accès à un réservoir fermé (10) par un orifice et on introduit un tube d'injection destiné à déposer par vaporisation une couche de revêtement adhésif sur la surface interne. On introduit ensuite dans le réservoir par un tube (40) un ruban en feuille, qu'on laisse s'enrouler et se plier jusqu'à ce que le réservoir soit rempli. En durcissant, l'adhésif (38) crée une structure thermoconductrice en forme de treillis. Dans la seconde version, on introduit un tube par l'ouverture du réservoir et on injecte un mélange de segments de ruban et d'adhésif à durcissement rapide. Ces segments remplissent le réservoir en formant une structure poreuse, ce qui crée une couche thermique rapportée en forme de treillis. Dans les deux modes de réalisation, on peut également installer par l'intermédiaire de l'orifice un garnissage intérieur de renforcement. Une résine, un plastique ou un mélange fibres de verre/résine peuvent être vaporisés dans le réservoir pour former le garnissage interne, ou du plastique peut être introduit et moulé par voie centrifuge à l'intérieur du réservoir. Dans le processus de fabrication ou de réfection, la position du tube d'injection est contrôlée en coordination avec le poids du réservoir, le tube étant progressivement retiré au fur et à mesure que le poids augmente. Lorsqu'on a atteint le poids désiré, l'injection est terminée et le tube d'injection est entièrement retiré.
