REVENDICATIONS
1. Dispositif écarteur de tissus , notamment de paupières ou de lèvres d'une entaille chirurgicale pour des soins médicaux ou des interventions chirurgicales , ce dispositif comportant deux branches souples reliées à leur base et portant un élément dé retenue disposé à leur extrémité libre, caractérisé en ce qu'il est pourvu d'un mécanisme de réglage (15) de l'écartement de ces branches ( 12, 13) , ce mécanisme étant pourvu de moyens de guidage pour déplacer d'une façon continue et régulière les extrémités (11b , 12b) de ces branches et pour les maintenir automatiquement dans n'importe quelle position entre une première position correspondant à l'ouverture minimale des branches et une deuxième position correspondant à leur ouverture maximale .1.
