Изобретение предназначено дл хирургии . Цель изобретени - равномерное сведение краев раны к ее центру. Устройство содержит диски 1-2. Диск 1 выполнен со спиральной канавкой, диск 2 - с пазами, в которые установлены т ги 4, содержащие элементы спиральной канавки дл взаимодействи с канавкой диска 1. Стопор 7 выполнен в виде пружин со стержн ми 8 на концах, которые размещены в отверсти х 9. Фиксаторы 10 выполнены в виде лапок дл креплени устройства над раной с крючками 6. В диске 2 дополнительно сделаны прорези, в которых передвигаетс закрепленный в т гах 4 щтифт. Нат жение кожи осуществл ют по периметру раны одновременно, дозированно, что обеспечивает уменьшение периметра раны с последующим ее закрытием местными ткан ми . 2 з.п. ф-лы, 3 ил.The invention is intended for surgery.
