Abstract
Dispositif servant à préparer une suspension d'excréments, comprenant un récipient contenant les excréments, composé d'un récipient apte à contenir un fluide pour préparer la suspension, d'un premier couvercle placé sur l'ouverture dudit récipient et contenant un élément de filtrage de la suspension d'excréments, et d'un deuxième couvercle fermant hermétiquement l'ouverture dans la partie supérieure du premier couvercle. Le dispositif comprend également une tige de prélèvement d'excréments, sous forme d'élément indépendant, pouvant être logée à l'intérieur dudit récipient et présentant un ensemble de rainures latérales permettant de prélever les excréments afin de les conserver. On décrit également un instrument de prélèvement d'excréments comportant une tige de prélèvement pourvue de rainures formées sur un côté de sa pointe et servant à prélever et à conserver des excréments, ainsi que d'un élément racleur monté coulissant sur la tige, de même qu'un récipient de prélèvement d'excréments pourvu d'un couvercle. L'utilisation de l'instrument décrit pour préparer une suspension d'excréments, de l'instrument de prélèvement d'excréments et de la tige simplifie les opérations de prélèvement d'excréments, de préparation de spécimen et d'examen de ce dernier, et évite tout danger de salissure et, partant, de contamination des mains de la personne effectuant la manipulation, par les excréments ou une suspension de ces derniers.
