Abstract

Mit einem gepulsten Lasersystem, einem faseroptischen Übertragungssystem, einem dentalen faseroptischen Laserhandstück (11) mit austauschbaren Therapiekopfstücken (11a) und einem speziellen Füllmaterial auf der Basis von Hydroxylapatit oder Tetracalciumphosphat, dem ein Tetracyclinderivat beigemengt ist, werden dentale Behandlungen durchgeführt. Das System eignet sich zur nichtmechanischen, berührungslosen Behandlung von kariösen Zahndefekten, zur Erzeugung von Zahnkavitäten, zur Erzeugung von dauerhaften und nichttoxischen Zahneinlagen, sowie zur nichtmechanischen Aufbereitung von Wurzelkanälen und deren Füllung.
