Abstract

Cette invention concerne un dosage immunologique très simplifié s'effectuant en phase solide, réalisé avec des billes colorées en latex, qui sert à détecter la ciguatoxine et des polyéthers apparentés. Ce procédé a été comparé avec un dosage immunologique réalisé antérieurement, effectué à l'aide d'un bâtonnet d'enzyme. L'analyse par le chi carré de deux expériences distinctes portant sur 153 et 283 poissons d'espèces différentes ont donné des valeurs X2 de p < 0,001 et p < 0,005 respectivement. La concordance entre les procédés portant sur 26 poissons concernés par l'empoisonnement au ciguatera était de 100 %. Une évaluation préliminaire dans ce domaine a donné des résultats encourageants. Le procédé est simple et il peut s'appliquer à ce domaine d'utilisation. En outre, ce procédé pourrait s'appliquer à d'autres détections d'anticorps et d'antigènes, plus particulièrement celles concernant les déterminants à faible dalton.
